Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Today United Airlines announced that it will introduce a new Star Wars themed livery this fall. The slick new paint job is timed around the release of the latest installment Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.

    In a statement, the airline said, "At United, our mission is to connect people and unite the world, which is exactly what the Star Wars franchise has epically done for more than four decades. For many of our customers, Star Wars was ceremonially introduced to them as a child, with families gathering to watch together and ultimately passing on their love for these films to new generations."

    United told us that the new look will go on a single United Boeing 737-800. "The aircraft will be exploring the 'domestic galaxy' and will not be assigned a specific route, meaning customers across the US may have the opportunity to travel on this unique plane," said a spokesperson.

    Hopefully it will be better in reality than in the picture.
