Similar to the other boards “families”, would this work for the office 365 offer that’s in the BA forum?

    Details here - https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2058075010

I’d be willing to give it a go.

Yes it should, there's no geo restrictions, all you need to do is to add an email and that's it, the other person gets a link and registers.
I've a subscription for years now and no problems.

    Did it work?

I've been using since 2014 and no problems at all, and with family/friends in different countries.

Been using OEM codes that cost about a tenner on eBay for everything from Windows 10 to Microsoft office for years, all still working absolutely fine over a multitude of machines.

The big risk with this is if you store personal photos, the “organisation” can remove you at any time without notice.

It happened to me last year. No come back and no help from Microsoft/OneDrive.
