Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

West End Cycles Closing

    Just heard the sad/bad news that West End Cycles, Ballincollig, is to close down at the end of the month. Great shop for aftersales service, and I bought my last 3 bikes there.
    Apparently the owner, Noel Holmes, wants to try something else as he ran the shop for the last 30-odd years.
    Good luck to him in whatever his new project might be.
    A double blow for me personally as Con's Barber Shop closed recently so I'm looking for a new barber as well. :(
    Why is it always the good ones? :mad:

    That's a shame, I remember years back my mother bringing me there to pick out my first bike for £50.
