Is there trad bows for sell in craft fair in the RDS this year?

Anyone been to the "Gifted Fair" in the RDS yet? I was told by some trad archers that last year there was a guy selling traditional bows and arrows at really good prices and I've been meaning to get one. I don't know if he's there this year, haven't been able to confirm that he's there.
