Last Monday night with the kids, thought I'd burst my sides laughing, one of those "you had to be there" moments.

Would you ever go onto dragons den with a business opportunity/idea of yours?

No because I am a numbskull.

Have you ever thought of inventing anything?

Yes, I've burnt both my eyelids and the back of my kneecaps on different occasions. I've gotten to the peeling stage a few times, never to the blister stage thankfully. I'm much more careful now.

What would be the best and worst thing you could get in the post?

I've been in Luxembourg twice, not really that obscure but it's the best I can come up with. Myself and an old flame went on a long city break to Rome, but the pair of us paired up with a couple of similar age from county Tyrone that were on the same flight and staying in the same hotel and it just turned into a sesh. The Vatican was on our list but in the end the only significant site we visited was the Colloseum which was brilliant. I've also visited Andorra, but I know loads of people who've been there. Back to your interview, what's your best party trick? Do you have a dog?

Always eat straight away, or directly after training. Useless without breakfast.

How many different vegetables do you eat per day?

In an ideal world, no. My mother is in assisted living, great in so many ways but it has been tough in lots of other ways.

No, for a change I actually feel quite upbeat :). It's a beautiful day out so that probably has something to do with it.

Do you have a favourite walking route?
