Catastrophic. It is like watching a bulldozer tear down Stonehenge. Or a child splattering paint all over the Mona Lisa. Has anything so priceless ever been destroyed by fire before?

It is very much an unfolding situation so not on all news outlets just yet. Hard to see how severe damage can be avoided
