A couple of months back I purchased a Boss Katana amp and a Boss fs-6 pedal.
Set everything up easily and had the 4 sounds I wanted switchable through the pedal.

Last week I changed the battery in the pedal and the very next day when I switched on the amp the A side of the pedal does nothing.
So only 2 sounds through the b side of the pedal.
I have reset the amp and loaded 4 new sounds to the channels but still only b side of pedal is working.
Also tried the polarity of each side on the pedal.

Anyone any idea what's gone wrong?
