Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Light drizzle on the Kildare/Meath border......Barely wetting the ground. I was all set for an afternoon of garden work but looks like it'll have to wait till another time.

    What's most annoying about this drizzle is that it's just enough to stop me working outdoors but not enough to refill the almost empty water butt!!!!

    North Kildare, near the Meath border - max of 20.9c today. Dry all day until a few minutes ago when there was a 5 minute shower which reached moderate in intensity for a couple of minutes with fairly large drops. First time in a LONG time that the rain sounded quite loud on the roof and veluxes.
