Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

MMA classes for kids in Longford Town?

    I'm 13 and want to start up MMA but I can't find any classes in Longford town that isn't an hour away. Could you please help and if you know any classes or numbers it would be appreciated.

    Closest and best for your age group in the area will be Fusion MMA in Athlone.

    It's a 40 minute drive, but on the plus side, they're just off the motor way so it's easy to get to without getting lost.

    They have a lot of young lads training there and the coaches are sound.

    SBG affiliate and they have regular visits from the likes of John Kavanagh, Tom King, etc.
