Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I have only won 1 free carwash service so far but when I clicked on redeem prize it gave me 5 minutes to do it. I would assume it's the same for all of them. Just don't redeem what you have won until you are there. EDIT: I didn't read your post properly. You have 2 days to claim your prize, it expires after that. Then when you click redeem you have 5 minutes to do so.

    Got a phantom win the other day. First two spins - nothing, third one - Congratulations! You've won a prize. Nice wan.

    Never got a text though like I did the first time I won something (-4c fuel). Then the app throws up a notification later in the day telling me I'd one free spin left. Got nothing the [second] third spin though.

    Did ye get any training? Every time I've redeemed the staff seemed to be guessing their way through the process, much confusion.
