Hi all,

    well done all on getting this far. suffice to say i'm jealous as hell, having tried to keep training with a niggle for almost 12 months (which ended up not really being training at all) i'm now pretty much banned from everything and would love to be lacing up for a run. enjoy getting out, you made it this far, only need to repeat what you have done now!!

    another boring treadmill, the weather forecast predicted rain, i got up and ran on the treadmill without even looking out the window, it has turned out to be a lovely dry winters morning ... ah well.. less than 2 weeks to go

    Lads it’s with a heavy heart I bow out. The last 2 days of extremely painful running. Long story short new runners last Tuesday pair of FlyEase bruised the tops of both feet and progressively got worse and I couldn’t run today legs feel great and not tired so I’m gutted. Best of luck with it and keep going.

    Pain in the foot had gotten worse went for a check broken bone in the foot 2020 the year that just keeps giving.
