Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.
Thanks all.

Apologies... another wellington thread..

I got some very comfy, plain green ones in Clarks at the end of last summer. They were on sale and cost me about stg£20. I've not been in recently but I'd imagine they still do them.
    G'luck

I'm trying to buy a comfortable, fairly smart, warm, plain wellington mainly for dog walking but it'll come to festivals too.

I dont think penney's will cut it in this instance (I am a big penneys fan). I'm looking for quality as I spend a *lot* of time in my wellies....

Yeah they're the Ilse Jacobsen 'designer' wellingtons...
Not really gone on them... and they're very expensive...

If you are looking for wellies then try www.welly4u.ie. They are very efficient and have free delivery. Great selection too. Forget about the cheap wellies - you will destroy your feet. Hunters are dear but will save you money in the long run - less trips to the chiropodist!!
