Don't forget you are a member of the management company-insist that they take action by getting the management agents on the case.

Also put yourself forward as a director & also take a read of the lease,always helpful clauses in there.

Maybe also engage a solicitor to work on your behalf.

Remember, YOU are the management company- light a fire under their ass

Correct. There must be other owners who are unhappy with the situation.

Would be good to have as many of the other owners or tenants with you on this one can you speak with a few of them if so they may come on board will be better and maby safer for not to be the one sticking out on your own best of luck .

When we had a somewhat similar issue involving prostitution we had the management agent and Directors deal with it. They wrote direct to the local Superintenrent who was obliged to act upon the complaint. Its grand dealing with a Garda in the station office but he/she doesnt have the authority to start an operation.

Thanks for reply. I am going to report it anonymously to protect myself and property same reasons why I wont say it to another neighbour

Maby worth a go with the anonymous route unfortunately going public on it will leave you a sitting target which is an awful situation. Hopefully it works out for you .
