Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Overnight Min Temp of -3.0c here in Waterford City which is the lowest since The Beast from the East March 1st 2018 -4.6c.

    Currently frost is slow to clear. Temp -0.2c with Partly Cloudy skies

    Bit late for this update on here but I drove from Co Wexford to Co Cork this morning at 04:00h.

    Temps varied from -4.0 to +0.5 (according to non-calibrated car thermometer) but hovered around -2.0 for most trip.

    Clear sky's; zero breeze with mist/fog en route when down close to water... beautiful morning in all.


    Roads were treated very well (Wexford / Waterford) on the most part; three tricky spots - one in particular here --> https://goo.gl/maps/VpZSD6P3mNM4Ae7CA road treatment seemed to stop at this exact spot! I saw two cars (overtaking) get into a wobble dance here.. they made a magnificent recovery.

    Have to say this mornings weather was a treat.
