    Miley, don't feel bad about the rank at this stage of the season. It's a marathon not a sprint.

    To cheer you up, go to this site https://www.livefpl.net/rank and put in your team id. it will tell you how many points seperate you from say the top 10k.

    It doesn't take much to jump quickly up the ranks of OR at this stage.

    Interesting to see this, not looking great on the value front compare to others here. That said I still have my WC so haven't been able to take advantage of price risers like others might have here perhaps.

    Some improvement in the space of 4 days. 83 points bagged over the weekend. I always play my WC in the early weeks of the season to catch the form players/risers.

    I wanted to see at a glance how things have improved/gotten worse since the last time I posted.

    Going in to GW 6, Wildcarded for GW5 after the first International Break.

    Going into GW 10, GW9 was just after the last international window of the year.

    I'm leaving transfers til last minute before the deadline in case of late breaking Covid news but think my team value is suffering for it
    Anyone else noticing the same or it's more in line with previous seasons?

    The most valuable team is over 109 million (but I assume they are just playing for value and taking hits galore)

    You're making the right decision at the moment. Team value very much secondary to this.

    I agree with CSF about value being secondary. I normally focus early season on value and then don't worry so much about it. Having said that, this is my worst season so far in many years !

    Wouldn't normally pay too much attention to it but my RV is higher than normal for me at this stage. Not sure why either because I haven't being trying to protect it. Have lost 0.2 on Burke who I still have for some reason.

    I don't think its ever irrelevant. I live in a constant state of being .1 away from the team that I REALLY want.

    FH and WC are where you can really make hay with it. But later in the season you can afford a Chilwell where someone else can afford a Rob Holding, that's where it can also be very useful.

    Haven't paid too much attention to preserving team value this year, been swapping and changing around a lot to improve OR in the short term. Might come back to haunt me later in the season.
