Can anyone recommend anywhere for me (Dublin city centre or northside) where I can get a good manicure? I work in healthcare and am thus washing my hands in harsh antibactieral soap several times a day and they're in absolute bits - especially the cuticles and around the nails: hards skin, cracks, brittle nails.

why dont you go into your local salon for a recommendation first? some salons have spa manicures or paraffin manicures and all kinds to help with different problems.
