Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Considering taking up the 25% off discount offered by Ailesbury clinic to boardsies until December for hair replacement around the crown.

Anybody experience with these guys and how would they compare with cheaper alternatives abroad (apart from the obvious benefit of being in the same city I live in, so easier for follow-ups!)?

I take it that I would need to undergo endless finasteride treatment after this? Currently I'm not doing anything like this.

Ideally I'd prefer all the DHT-affected hair to just fall out now and let me replace the lot
