    Hi,

The first chapter of the book is Called "Lilliput in London".

What exactly does this mean or refer to?

IO know Lilliput is from Gullivers Travels but what context does it have in respect of Michael Collins.

    Thank You.

The only meaning of it would be a reference to the Irish Community in London. I don't know this particular biography you read, but I have read others which chapter this period of his life before 1916.
