yeah I have this since 2016, used the above for a while first but they didn't really help, got to the stage where I could barely walk never mind run, the pain was that bad. went to a clinic called firefly and they fitted me with customised orthotics, still wear them to this day. took a while to break them in and I had to take it handy with my running for the first while but everything is ok now. still get a bit of pain (in bed at night time for some reason) but never when i'm running. I only wear the orthotics when i'm running, occasionally when i'm walking I can get a slight bit of pain depending on the shoes i'm wearing but nothing too bad.
best of luck with it, very painful thing.

I've been using these for the past year and a thicker set, same brand, for about 2 years previously.
They've made a huge difference. Don't mind the unfortunate Ironman branding, they do work

Long term though, I do plan on looking at a more permanent option

I have a set of these going spare...as long as you’re not outside of the country, I can mail them to you.

Bought them earlier this year to see if they helped with metatarsalgia, which they didn’t. Only used for one 10-15km run...no trimming. They are size 9-10.
