Hey all. Would anyone know for public service grade iv's where they stipulate you must be a serving employee, do serving temporary 3s qualify or must you be permanent?

I do think you have to be a permanent Employee

Councils seem to make their own rules. Very little transparency with their recruitment, seems to be more or less a closed shop. I don't even bother with them anymore, but when you are already in the door you may as well chance it, nothing to loose by putting in the application.

Your correct it is a closed shop no rules followed anymore. Long term employees left behind. No grade IVs anymore no unions to be seen
