Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

There's about 50 million threads about airline refunds in Travel at the moment and a massive amount of cross posting. It really would be so helpful to have it all in one thread.

Got the refund back from Ryanair after 5 working days, that's after speaking to an agent on the 1890 number. Relief all round
