    Thanks for bumping this.

For clarity, the RAN was still providing 3G during the outage, there was just no data flowing.

    All mapped

    All mapped filtered to B1

Will probably do a purge for all B1 cells after its been auctioned.

Any light on what was the cause? And was B1 used just to get out of the corner...
After 6pm, Three issued a statement saying that the problem had been resolved, without saying what the source of the outage was.

    No idea.

I doubt any of the main three MNOs would squat on spectrum, unlike Imagine. If the temporary exemption is gone they'll quickly revert the RRUs.

Sounds like Blanch went down. Big oof for their ops teams if that's the case.

Serious congestion in the evenings on their network the last few weeks.

Combination of 5G and the 48 promotion I'd imagine.

The upload is often much faster than download.

I know exactly what you mean, but >1 when i had ~100 for years now...

Dont think its just congestion in my case.
They had outage yesterday and i suspect this could be continuity and/or linked to changes they do regard 5G.

    Bad for business...

The three network appears to be down again for data. Not working in Mayo at the moment.

    It's definitely not good alright.

Even prior to Sunday's outage, there were a number of days for the last fortnight where the network connection was there but no data flowed until a reboot.

It's not just congestion. It's not like they added an extra hundred people in each cell. There's obviously an ongoing problem with the network.

Well even their website is down at the moment, so I cant imagine the MPC is doing so well either.
