Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.
Thanks all.

As we all know, the highlight of the National Hunt season will soon be upon us, a time when dreams are shattered and memories made, pockets filled or emptied, and reputations made or lost, etc, etc, etc.

However, as we've seen in the past, the lead up to Cheltenham is also a time when nerves are shot and tempers frayed, and discussions become heated arguments and, before you know it, insults are flying left, right and centre.

So, in the hope that we all make it to Cheltenham in one piece (and that mods can enjoy the festival (and the build up)) we ask that posters take the following into consideration before posting:

    Read the forum charter

Take heed of what it says

Heed mod instructions (and don't argue with a mod on thread - PM us instead)

Post in a civilised and polite manner, refraining from insulting another user

Don't aftertime - it's exceptionally annoying for other users

Don't resurrect a tips/fancies thread - we've tried that umpteen times in different formats and none of them work

    Please don't troll

If you've a problem with a post, then please Report it rather than taking matters into your own hands (no matter how tempting the latter)

Last, but most importantly, don't forget to enjoy the festival and great racing
