Prior to joining Boards I came across a few of the old PW draft threads and I was impressed by several of the picks. As such I figured I'd bring an idea of mine here - a hall of fame based on individuals' contributions to WWE SOLELY. Where this differs from the actual WWE HOF is there's no separate wings such as the Celebrity or Legacy Wings.

    Criteria
    • Ability, drawing power or impact on WWE
    • Involvement with WWE at any point during its history - CWC, WWWF, WWF or WWE - as wrestler (single, tag or stable), manager/valet, referee, announcer, executive (e.g. Vincent K. McMahon, Bruce Prichard), other personnel (e.g. Jim Johnston) or celeb

**NOTE: You can still nominate a different incarnation of an individual (e.g. Person A nominates Cactus Jack while Person B nominates Mick Foley).

We did kind of have a Boards HOF (I only say kind of cos it's been a few years since we inducted a class) which could probably be found via the hotlinks sticky. This is different though and I'm interested to see who gets nominated.

If the criteria is including general impact on WWE then Vince surely has to get an early nod at a nomination even if people don't like him. The mans hands have been all over everything.

Obviously it's been realised over the years that he's a massive prick, but Hogan has to be the number one pick every time.

Undertaker and Shawn Michaels are two definite standouts. Pure WWE to the core

Hogan and Vince by a country mile.

Pro Wrestling as we know it today owes everything to the pair of them.

    FFS - she's not in?

That is a disgrace, when you see the likes of Drew Carey etc in there. Cindi was a huge part of the Rock N Wrestling boom

JBL surely up in the next couple of years, Black Jack, Ministry of Darkness, APA, multiple time champ almost across the board, hated commentator ;) not to mention famed Wrestlers Court prosecution specialist.

These are talent I would have in a HoF and as far as I know none are in the WWE HoF either

    Regal
    RVD
Was not a fan but she was a major star Sable
    Sid
    Bischoff
    Elizabeth
    Bam Bam Bigelow

I'd have Paul E as well but since he is still active there is plenty of time.

Alice Cooper, even if he only had a supporting role in Jake "The Snake" Roberts match with The Honky Tonk Man.

Was going to say the can-am connection as they were one of the first tag teams I saw on sky tv but looked them up and doesn't look like they will be in any time soon.

Motorhead, given that they contributed to arguably 3 of the greatest entrance themes in pro wrestling..

Can-Am Connection is a solid pick. Too bad they didn't get a longer run due to Zenk having a dispute w/ the office. Martel rebounded w/ Strike Force though. Man, was '80s WWE loaded with [notable] tag teams. There were even female tag teams.

Great pick along w/ Alice Cooper! Some solid celeb picks in here so far!
