My teeth were is pretty bad shape, not very straight and I had a lot of fillings when I was younger which all needed to be replaced.

For the last 18 months I've had a lot of dental work, braces and repairs on different teeth. But now as I am practically at the end of the work and probably as far as the dentist can go what options are available for me.

There has been a huge improvement in the look of the teeth and I went from bad looking to what I think are now average looking and I've spent a lot in the process.

My dentist is very qualified and I get on well with him but I always had the impression they would look good at the end of the work but now I know that's not exactly what they will look like.

Is it possible to get some procedure to make my teeth look straight and close to symmetrical?

Is there anywhere in Ireland that can do it, I don't want to go down the road of crowns and porcelains with the cost and if there isn't going to be a major improvement

You most likely need a multispeciality approach where the orthodontics is done and afterwards the teeth are improved with whitening, fillings, crowns and implants.

It all depends on what can be done, but generally the entire look of the smile should be planned at the start. On a large scale orthodontic restorative case, 6k generally is a start but only that.

    Ask for a specialist referral.
