Ever lived in a studio? A studio in Dublin, perhaps?

I have a romanticized image that I can live economic and efficiently in one room, catering to sleeping, storage and cooking, with an adjacent bathroom.

However, studio's in Dublin in particular well, calling them "studios" may be a stretch to begin with.

    I'm just looking for insights.

Who's lived in one - in Dublin?

In terms of Dublin studios, was it decent, poor, modern?

And contrasting your experience there to say, average apartment living or house sharing - how much of a drawback is it?
