Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Homebase opening in Portlaoise

I don't live anywhere near Portlaoise and I don't know the town but I hared yesterday that Homebase is due to open in the town in June.It was due to be opening around now but has been put back. I was just wondering,will this be a good addition to the town or is there already Hardware shops like Woodies,or Atlantic Homecare…

There are others in Portlaoise - Telfords Arro, Gings Homevalue Hardware, and Millers. The arrival of homebase will mean some serious competition in town.

Homebase is a brill shop cant wait til it opens! There are others yes but not as good!
