Someone from Canada mentioned a 'natural' product called Gravol which he swore by for a good nights sleep.
    https://gravol.ca/en/product/ginger-nighttime/

Not available here but wondering if anyone knows of an equivalent?

Hope we don't drift off into giving medical advice.

Apologies if I 'offended' anyone here by asking a simple question.

No offense taken. I have the voluntary job to ensure that medical advice does not occur as a precautionary measure. I apologize if I was too precautionary in my above post. Happy New Year!

No worries, apologies for my snappy response. That's what sleep deprivation will do to you :)

I know the ordinary Gravol, aka dramamine..

Look up the individual ingredients.. eg melatonin

    https://www.biovea.com/ie/productlist/categorydispatch?CID=22597&deptID=1&FiltersObject=%7B%22SortValue%22:%7B%7D,%22PageSize%22:%2212%22,%22CompareProducts%22:%5B%5D,%22Brands%22:%7B%7D,%22FormValues%22:%7B%7D,%22PriceRanges%22:%7B%7D,%22Categories%22:%5B%5D,%22objects%22:%5B%5D%7D

You can get valerian easily here and some folk find it a great help for sleep.

Have a look round that biovea site? And yes, sleep deprivation is appalling
