Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    It's been a pretty disappointing day here just outside dunboyne.

    We've not seen the sunshine here once today despite all the indications being that it would break through late morning/early afternoon. It's overcast and grey all day, albeit dry, having been very foggy this morning. It's 9.5 degrees outside my back door right now and it's not been any warmer all day. I was expecting great things after yesterday being such a cracker.
    Maybe tomorrow!

    Third day of uninterrupted sunshine, although it was slightly more misty today compared to previous days. Very pleasant in the sun, very cool in the shade. And to add to that lovely sea smell near the coast due to the light breezes.

    Stayed mostly cloudy today just a few brighter spells during the mid afternoon,very disappionting. Max temp 8.4c
    In the last while the cloud has gone and the skies are clear at least for the time being. Current temp 3.8c.
