Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I think the after hours mods need to get more acquainted with the charter and purpose of this forum. Most of the threads they send here are in no way silly.

    How is that silly? I don't even think its funny.

    They seem to think this is just a forum for stupid. Thread should have been locked in After Hours, not dumped here without even a reason given.

    Any suggestions on dealing with occasions like that? Just lock those threads? Send them back? Edit every post? All of the above? Something else entirely?

    Sending them back might work with a post saying it was sent to the wrong forum. I've seen that happen in other forums alright! Don't know if locking them here will stop it occurring.
