Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Might want to put that up in an admin announcement or as a sticky thread.

Btw, is it just me or are people on drugs when they make these prices? Some of the places I've looked at they want silly amount of money for a closet that you have to share in a house.

It's supply and demand, too few houses, too great expectations of renters.
