I have filled the CT1 and am at the sign and submit page. There is a Warning here as the Self Assessment tax figure differs from Revenue's. The difference is explainable and is due to PSWT withholding tax and it being incorrectly logged on Revenue's system.
My question is how can I overcome the Warning and file the CT1 given that I have already filled in a detailed explanation on the form to explain the difference???

On the self assessment section just select the option to disagree with revenues figures and ensure what you’ve entered in the other column is correct. Then complete the explanation box below
