Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Shedding more pounds; getting toned & fit again; back jogging for the very 1st time in months , over 2years since I was thrown off my bike back on 4Nov'12.
Teeny Tiny Things like re-gaining confidence; mobility & focus! Won't break any records jogging at the moment as easing back in again, but my God did it feel good

~ a lovely lavender bath this evening leaving my body feel so at ease that
~ had me back in the gym tonight, jogging on a treadmill this time, but easing back jogging quite nicely

Having my pet birdie perch on my hand, close his eyes, and fall asleep. I swear that bird can actually smile. Also, I'm awe-struck by the amount of trust he has in me, he's willing to drink from a bottle of water I'm holding for him by sticking his head inside the neck of the bottle (it's an old fruit juice bottle with a large neck, it's not as if he'd get stuck in it, but his vision would be severely impaired while his head is inside the bottle). 0 -
