I was just wondering does anyone know whether you need to know saol and saothar for the authors of the prose (an gnáthrud, hurlamaboc etc), or is that just for the poets. I know its never been asked before cause I've checked the papers. But I would hate to look back and know I could've just learned an extra few sentences for another 9 marks.

If anyone can be of help, that would be great :)

I suppose it would be no harm to know them as you said. It is unlikely though but you never know! For Cáca Milis (If it ever comes up!) there would be three names to remember:

    An scríbhneoir: Brian Lynch
    An stiúrthóir: Jennifer Keegan
    An léiritheoir: Brian Willis.

Okay guess I'll learn them them so, whenever I'll get around to it!
