fake coin or error?

hope this is the right place to post this, i got this coin as change sometime in the last month, it looks like a 50 cent on one side and on the opposite side it has the inner bit is silver outer bit golden with stars, says its a 2015 lietuva. any body see this before or is it just a fake coin?
