Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Anybody recommend open water socks/gloves?

    Hi,

    Swam in the sea quite a bit this year due to pool being closed. Have a standard triathlon wetsuit , 4mm on the torso 2mm on arms.

    However my last swim was in October at which point I returned to the pool. I recall after 30 minutes swimming my feet and hands being very very cold.

    Now that pools are closed again I will be looking at getting back into the sea.

    Looking for recommendations for gloves/socks to guard against the cold.

    I have heard Zone3 are good but difficult to get, any other recommendations?
