Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi, Rachel here, I am running a pilates class for mixed abilities on wednesday nights in Hollyhill industrial estate, just off Harbour Road, very close to Apple COmputers. I teach mat based Stott Pilates by the way with an emphasis on strength training. Its at 7pm every wednesday. If you would like to come along and try it out email me at rachelpowerpilates@gmail.com.
