Looks like a fast enough course too reckon it could be the place to set a few 5K PBs!

Dont know if there is any talk of a Cork City based ParkRun or even one in Ballincollig's regional park.

The more Park Runs on the go the better i feel, the amount of people that have gotten out running thanks to the nature of parkrun is fantastic

Marley Attendance record

Marley parkrun has just posted todays results and its a new attendance record of 582 ,St Annes has a new record of 318, Griffeen parkrun will also post a new attendance record when their results go live later on , well over 170 I believe :-) - Well done to all 3 parkruns - and on an unrelated note wasn't it a great morning for a run :-)
http://www.parkrun.ie/marlay/results...unSeqNumber=44

When all the results are posted later on I'll do a tally on the total for today , I'm guessing with all 6 events being run today for the first time this year we will have a national attendance record :-)

They had to change the course last night and the last 2km were uphill.

It was absolutely brutal on the lungs!

I had to stop and walk twice for about 10 secs.

Hardest 5k I've ever ran.
