Now available to download on your phone.

    www.sync.money

Early days but might give Revolut some real competition.

Euro and £ Account for now. More to come.

Sign up and get your FREE Mastercard.

I'm on board - just waiting for Physcial card to arrive. Topped up from Irish Bank and used Virtual card.

They send you out 2 Mastercard Debit cards. One is for you and the other FREE card can be given to any friend or family member. They can register within the app and start spending instantly if you do a transfer to them or they will have to do a IBAN transer to sync. account.

The packaging with the cards is really fancy - no expense spared.

Irish sync. users can now connect accounts from the likes of AIB, Permanent TSB, Ulster Bank and Bank of Ireland using Open Banking like Revolut have for example already.

Looks like they don't work with any of the banks I use. Is there any advantage to them over revolut?

"Unfortunately, we are being forced to close all existing EU-based accounts due to Brexit. We greatly regret this and we hope to welcome you back to sync. very soon.

Your account will close on 31 December 2020. To avoid any inconvenience, please transfer any money out of your sync. accounts and into an external bank account as soon as possible. You can do this via a free bank transfer."

    Bye bye Sync. for now.
