Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    The idea we all have to be vaxed to return to Normality is inaccurate.
    Once the bulk of elderly, vulnerable and front line workers are vaxed the rules will relax.
    They are the ones we are protecting by restrictions..
    Once they are looked after the rest of us, who are not vulnerable will start to get back our lives.
    Pubs will be open at the very least

    If you are a bird of child rearing age you need to consider not taking it. If you are pregnant you certainly should not be taking it and if you plan on getting pregnant in the next 3 months don't take it either.     I will be taking it the first time I am asked to. If I start screaming like Tarzan and jumping trees afterwards I will consider it a bonus and I might consider entering the Pole Vault at the Olympics.

    Head in the Drimnagh/Crumlin Road (locals differ on what to call it)
    Few hundred yards till you get to the Eleanora near the bus stop as if you were heading to Walkinstown. Lovely spot, chipper next door too. Big screen etc, Bookies near by
    I will be a few hundred yards down the road in the Halfway if you want to call in!

    There is another pub just down the road on the left known locally as the forge or the Bentley, thats the one McGregor had his aggro in a few years back the nacker
    Good spot during the day for grub and beer

    It is imperative that you keep her out of the loop, damage limitation is key.

    Sound man! Drank in the Kestrel a few times during my college days (used to work in Xtravision in the Ashleaf and a good few friends from D12!) and more recently pop up for a carvery with the family pre-Covid!
