It's looks like the whole forum has gone snow mad.
Me thinks a ban on the next person to mention to mention it.
Let's all relax now and just listen to Mt Craniums daily forecasts.
    Yee ha.

I must say snow seems to dominate the forum at times. Could at least get one snow thread ticking over for all snow talk.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,815 ✭✭✭sparrowcar

I snow it's difficult not to talk about it but I just snow if you try to put a ban on it you will have a snowmageddon on your hands and people will "drift" away from the forum. Snow hard feelings though!

Is it snowing yet? Nothing in Dublin 14 :o( Any minute now though, I think I saw some streamers coming in. Either that or fireworks. Maybe they were sending up fireworks to make the snow... Must get the winter wheels on the mountain bike soon...

So few understand that we NEED an overall cushioning smothering blanket to kill flu and other viruses,

It's been almost 12 months since I had a cold and no sign of flu

I'm really sick of hearing you're average joe who hasn't a clue about meteorology that " the snow is coming ".

I think they all have this mental image of the snow sitting out off the coast just biding its time to come in.

    /rant

When its raining buckets and it looks pure miserable out there... I like to think that somewhere up there... at some point in time... each rain drop was once a SN*W Flake!!! ( Now if thats not true, don't tell me! I don't wanna know! Right! ;))

i always like to think that too! :)

But the easiest way of finding out is...
Having a looksy at the daily Valentia Tephigram . Par exampla: Todays :)

    valtef.gif

And following the red line to see at what height is it a freezing level, going by that one its at just above 3,000m , so if any percip. clouds are any higher than that then.... BAM!... U have <b> Sneachta! :)

A thread for humour this might be but i reckon it would be a good idea to create a sub forum here just for snow lovers.Anyone agree?
