Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Annual commuter rail tickets

    How much does an annual rail ticket cost, and how exactly does work? Does it cover you for all train journeys all over the country, and is there any limit on use?

    There's not a whole lot of info on the Iarnrod Eireann website, and I'm sure there are threads here already about it but the search thingy is broken!

    Depends on the journey you are planning on using it for, there's info at www.taxsaver.ie of the costs.
