Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    With 2 days left until I should be starting my 18 week plan for DCM I am still undecided between Hansons or P&D. I stumbled on fellrnr.com marathon plan comparison and thought I'd share in case anyone hasn't seen it. Some great information there.

    Oh yeh, that's a great comparison though tbh by the end of it I still have no idea which plan is the "right" one for me :)

    Ooh, thanks for sharing! I'm running Higdon Full Advanced 2 (Metric) (link). The plan's weekday emphasis on speed over distance has worked fantastically. In my last marathon training in the spring the long mileage slog-basically 8-11k a day, every day-wore me down.
