Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Anyone else not able to access their DNA results today?

    I'm logged in but it just gives me an annoying splash screen asking me to buy tests, rather than showing me the usual page.

    Haven't had any issues myself with Ancestry today.

    Their usual advice is to clear your history and log back in and I have found that this generally resolves the issue.
