SUSI - Exceptional Circumstances

Hello, I am a nineteen year old man who began suffering with anxiety around August 2019. I went to college and my mental health prevented me from finishing my year along with the quarantine. I re-applied for my SUSI grant to change course which I know cannot be done but I am trying to get in via ‘Exceptional Circumstances’ . I have submitted my appeal and provided documents from the doctor and my councillors.

I would just like some info if anyone has experienced this route to getting their SUSI grant and if it worked. It’s for peace of mind for myself as I have no way to fund my college otherwise.

    Any info would be great.

    Thanks , Nathan.
