Times reporting Christmas 'bonus' will be paid to welfare recipients including PUP claimants, as it will act as an economic stimulus - does not say it will be 100% payment though

As I am a UK pensioner I get very little of that but get the UK £10

Deeply grateful for the extra fuel money; E5 in real terms is half a bag of coal a week which will be very well used...the coal smokeless eggs give off huge heat.

The fuel allowance increase is from January, is the Living Alone Increase the same?

Was it the child benefit allowance or the qualified child allowance that was increased by 5 Euro for over 12

It's the qualified child allowance as far as I've seen reported

Qualified Child Payment by €5 for over 12s and €2 for under 12s.

Has there been any increase in basic social welfare payments? They used to be the same rate as the non-contributory pension, now the NC pension is at least €20 more than the basic payments

Im on disability allowance and its a crime that disability/sickness payments were even cut in the first place

No change to basic payments. Living alone increase up by €5, fuel allowance by €3.5 and Christmas bonus to be paid is the crux of it.
