Paypal Authenticator Problem

My old phone died linked to my google authenticator. There doesn't seem to be a way to contact Paypal in Ireland. I have tried the phone number multiple times and it just rings out. I cannot log in to the account and there is no option to reset the 2FA. I just keep going round in circles.... its non urgent but useful to…

I just keep going round in circles.... its non urgent but useful to have paypal for charity things and if ever need to use Ebay etc.
I really dislike Paypal model and since the pandemic they seem to have gone to ground. Is it just a massive scam? Reading forums if you use it for commerce/ business etc you are at the mercy of their whims.
anyone have email address or some other sensible means of contacting them - have tried twitter 3 weeks ago no reply.
