Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Mortgage Approval, what's next?

    We have mortgage approval for a while and recently have given the bank info of our identified property, it's address, price, etc.

    I feel lost as to what is the next step? No reply from bank or builder.

    Did you pay builder/agent the booking deposit? Once you are sale agreed, bank will ask for valuation. Then you should get a proper "loan offer" from the bank and you are ready to sign the contracts and pay remainder of the deposit

    No, we haven't paid anything to the builder yet. The building is still in construction. But will check with them tomorrow.
