Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Really tight league this year. 5½ points between top and tenth. Bray are a bit cut off - a massive 1½ points adrift of tenth. Enniscorthy already looking in trouble though; not just that they're 4 points adrift of safety, but they scratched a board in their last home game and had two sub-1000 players; they'll really struggle to stay up doing that.

    Wow. Throws the promotion race wide open. 5 teams within 1.5 points of each other, excluding Ballinasloe who are in a bit of a false position by virtue of 5 walkover wins

    Big result at the top yesterday; leaders Ballinasloe hammered 6½-1½ by Malahide, who take over at the top. There's then three teams level on points in second, but Celbridge, Rathmines and even Dún Laoghaire could pass them out if they get enough points from their games in hand.
