Hi, I'm hard of hearing and now have a landline, but I don't know which phone to choose. There should be clarity and sound control, and ideally it would have just normal size buttons but that's not so important. There are many offers on Google, but a lot have quite bad reviews. Can someone recommend anything? Thank you

My late sister in law used to have a landline with a screen for typing messages. I don’t think it was a ‘talking’ phone. DeafHear are a group who might be able to put you in the right direction.

Do you use a hearing aid? Some can be better suited for certain phones.

https://www.corkdeaf.ie/services/ were a great help to me providing advice on various things for my Dad - phone, smoke alarms, doorbells etc.
